Henry got a new pair of sneakers today.
Time to go break them in.
The hallways just aren't long enough.
And he can grab something away faster than you'd expect.
Sadie, not to be out done, demonstrates her skill in a game of monkey in the middle.
Room service arrived after much anticipation. They are able to contain themselves for the few minutes it takes to set the table.
Now dig in!
The plan was to have them stuff themselves into a food induced coma for bedtime.
Sadie is satiated. Henry is running off the last bit of energy. See below.

ohhh...the video. Molly is captivated, and we've watched it more than 10 times. I think she may have finally met her match enerywise. Yes!

Translation services accessed here said, "Oh, he is fighting the Monkey King!" Mom is "boy-proofing" the house.
At one time, we mistakenly thought "boy behavior" was largely "socialized", and since our boy and girl were raised similarily, they would act similar. WRONG! :-) Our nearly 9 year old superhero/starwars fanatic boy can turn ANYTHING into a weapon (despite an upbringing by basically pacifist parents).
