Running around

Today was spent running around Shamian Island, literally. We hit most of the major shops. Erik completed some of the last adoption paperwork with our rep and then everyone went swimming. It was a warm, humid day but overcast. The pool apparently relies on direct sunlight to heat the water so it was uncomfortably cold. Henry loved it no matter.

And then makes a hard u-turn leaving Henry confused about the objective of the game.


Its official! Sadie ran a lap around her new little brother.


One more photo with Erik before running off to the next stop. Now, go back and look at the above photos again and notice the man in the red/black shirt and khaki pants. This is Jordan of Jordan's Gifts. It is funny how he marks us and waits for us to get closer to his store. Once we get next to it he casually walks by us and pretends to only then notice we are an adoptive family and invites us to look through his store. Nice guy, though. Good selection.


Sadie by the pool. Sadie was concerned we wouldn't see the water fall unless she ducked her head.


Henry lost interest getting dressed midway through putting on his shirt. This is fairly typical for him.

Tomorrow is the standard medical appointment. Expect to see Henry looking less than thrilled in a photo.
